Gronemeyer Conveyors

Our conveyor systems are used for the intra-company flow of materials of general cargo and bulk goods, as well as for linking production machines. Straight and curve hinged and plate chain conveyors made of plastic, steel and stainless steel, as well as mat chains made of plastic are used here. Depending on the use case, different conveyor systems are available. All systems have been designed in such a way that their individual components can be assembled in a modular system. If the conveyor path changes, the components can be easily combined with each other.

MAT CHAIN CONVEYORS

The Gronemeyer mat chain conveyors are available in three systems. The systems are designed as modules and are compatible with common mat chains. The aluminium system is characterized in particular by its ease of installation. It is used in the dry sector. The stainless steel system is characterized in particular by a hygienic structure. It is used mainly in the wet sector. The spiral conveyor is available for bridging great differences in height.

STORAGE SYSTEMS

Gronemeyer storage systems are used for optimizing production lines. In case of a malfunction or a machine's downtime needed for production reasons, the products can be stored temporarily without stopping the entire line. After the malfunction has been repaired or the downtime ends, the stored products are again fed into ongoing production. Depending on the use case, different storage systems are available.
